Jordan Speaker

Jordan Speaker is an experienced finance professional and real estate entrepreneur. He has had proven results in operations, investments, and strategy. Since 2019, he has raised over $35 Million in equity, over $125 Million in debt and has acquired, operated, and sold 19 commercial real estate assets. Jordan has also grown his operating company to 62 employees including leasing, construction trades, finance and maintenance since 2018.
Jordan holds an MBA from Rice University and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University. He also served as a distinguished leader in the Unites States Army Bomb Squad. Jordan is responsible for investor relations, asset underwriting, accounting and operations
Mat Trenchard
Business Development, Marketing
Mat Trenchard has over 10 years experience as an active real estate investor that has overseen over 1200 real estate transactions ranging from single family flips to small land development. He has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and solving complex title issues. Mat has hired and lead a sales team of 5 since 2017.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Houston – Downtown and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Mat is responsible for business development with sellers and other buyers and providing due diligence on acquisitions.
